Getting started
Accounts, following and finding creators.
Fanrig is a platform where approved creators publish exclusive content. You can follow creators for free, unlock individual posts, or join a monthly membership for everything a creator makes for members.
No. Public profiles and public posts are visible to everyone. You need an account to follow, like, save, unlock posts, join memberships or send messages.
Yes. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Some creators publish mature content and categories can be marked as age restricted by the platform.
Use Explore to search by name, filter by category, verified status, membership availability and price. After you choose interests during onboarding, the For you sort ranks creators by your interests and recent activity.
A verified creator has confirmed their identity with Fanrig. Every creator is reviewed before they can publish; verification is an extra step that confirms the person behind the account.
Purchases and payments
Paying for posts, tips, messages and tickets, saved cards and refunds.
Everything on Fanrig is paid for one purchase at a time, at the price shown before you confirm: individually priced posts, tips, paid messages, live tickets and custom requests. There is no balance or credit to top up; each purchase is a direct card payment in the platform currency.
Priced posts show their price on the card. Open the post, choose Unlock and confirm. The first time you pay you are sent to Stripe Checkout, where your card can be saved for later. Once the payment is confirmed the post is added to your Library permanently.
When you pay through Checkout your card is saved with our payment provider, so later purchases take one click. We keep only the card brand and the last four digits; you can remove the card at any time from Billing. If a charge needs your bank's confirmation you are sent to Checkout again.
Unlocks and tips are final because the content is delivered instantly. A live ticket is refunded in full when the stream is canceled before it starts. A custom request is refunded when the creator declines, when it expires, when you withdraw it before a reply, or when a dispute is decided in your favor. If a post you paid for is removed for breaking the rules, your payment is refunded. Refunds go back to the card that paid.
Billing lists every payment with its status and a receipt, including refunds. Receipts are also emailed for every confirmed payment.
Memberships
Subscribing, billing and cancellation.
Every members only post from that creator while your membership is active, plus the benefits the creator lists on their profile. Some creators also include individually priced posts; the profile says so explicitly.
Memberships are monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. The price you see on the profile is the price you pay, plus any tax that applies in your location.
Open Subscriptions, choose the membership and select Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can resume before that date without being charged again.
Existing members keep their current price for as long as the membership stays active. New prices only apply to new members.
Billing stops immediately and the current period is refunded pro rata. You keep posts you unlocked individually.
For creators
Applying, the approval process and what each state means.
Open Become a creator, choose a category, describe what you will publish, link your existing work and confirm that you are 18 or older, own the content and accept the creator policies. Applications are saved as drafts, so you can finish later.
A member of our team reviews every application. The states are: Draft (not yet sent), Submitted (in the queue), Under review (being read now), Info requested (we need something from you; reply from the application page), Approved (publishing and monetization switched on) and Rejected (with a reason). Most decisions take two to five business days.
Suspended pauses publishing and billing while an issue is investigated; it can be reversed. Revoked permanently removes creator permissions after a serious or repeated violation. Both are explained by email with a reason.
Set a monthly membership price within the platform limits and price individual posts, paid messages and live tickets within the allowed range. Both ranges are shown in Monetization settings. You can change prices any time; existing members keep their price.
Earnings show gross revenue, platform fee, refunds and the net amount available. Payouts require a verified payout account and are sent on the schedule shown in Earnings. Pending amounts clear after the refund window.
You do. You grant Fanrig a license to display it to the people who are entitled to see it. You can archive or delete posts at any time; entitled fans keep access to posts they unlocked only while the post exists.
Safety and reporting
Reporting, blocking and what we remove.
Use the options menu on any post, profile or conversation and choose Report. Pick a reason and add details. Reports are confidential; the person reported is not told who reported them.
Trust and Safety reviews every report. Reports involving minors or non consensual content are escalated immediately. You are notified when a decision is made.
Blocking hides a creator's content from your feed and profile views, prevents messages in both directions and hides your activity from them. You can unblock from Privacy settings or from their profile.
Content involving minors, non consensual material, stolen or impersonated work, harassment, illegal activity and spam. The Community guidelines list the full rules and consequences.
Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch Fanrig's servers. We store only a reference to the transaction.
Account and privacy
Settings, security and deleting your account.
Open Settings, then Security. Changing your password signs out other devices. In Supabase hosted deployments email changes require confirming the new address.
Yes. In Privacy settings choose everyone, only creators you subscribe to, or nobody. Creators have the same control over who can message them.
Turn off Show activity status to hide when you were last online. Turn off Discoverable to keep your profile out of search.
Settings, then Security, then Delete account. Your account enters a 30 day grace period during which you can sign back in to cancel. After that, personal data is deleted and purchase records are kept only as required by law.
What you give us (profile, content, messages), what is needed to run the service (purchases, device and log data) and preferences you set. The Privacy policy explains each category and how long it is kept.
