Terms of service

By creating an account or using Fanrig you agree to these Terms, the Privacy policy, the Community guidelines and, if you publish content, the creator provisions in section 7. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email and in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Fanrig is an adults only service. We may require proof of age or identity and may suspend accounts while verification is pending.

You may hold one personal account. Accounts are not transferable.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or that are used to evade a previous suspension.

Individually priced posts, tips, paid messages, live tickets and custom requests are bought one at a time at the price shown before you confirm. Each purchase is a direct card payment in the platform currency; there is no stored balance or credit.

An unlock is final once the content is delivered. If we remove a post for violating these Terms, the amount you paid for it is refunded to your card. A ticket for a live stream that is canceled before it starts is refunded in full. A custom request is charged when you send it and held until the creator delivers; a declined, withdrawn or expired request is refunded.

• Refunds go back to the card that paid and can take several days to appear on your statement.
• You can save a card for one click purchases and remove it at any time from Billing.
• Prices may change at any time; a change never affects a purchase you already made.

A membership is a monthly subscription to a creator at the price shown on their profile when you join. It renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel at any time from Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

Creators may change their membership price. The new price applies to new members only. If a creator's account is suspended or closed, active memberships end and the unused portion of the current period is refunded.

Payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms. Fanrig does not store full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may be subject to taxes depending on your location, which are shown before you confirm.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

Creators must be approved by Fanrig before publishing or earning. Approval may be withdrawn for violations of these Terms or the Community guidelines.

You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant Fanrig a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, display and transmit that content to users who are entitled to view it, and to create low resolution previews for discovery. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies required for legal, backup or dispute purposes.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to everything you publish, that every person appearing in your content is an adult who consented to its publication, and that you will respond to verification requests.

• Platform fee: Fanrig retains the percentage shown in your Earnings page from each payment. Fees, refunds and chargebacks are shown separately.
• Payouts are made to a verified payout account on the schedule shown in Earnings. Amounts stay pending during the refund window.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate tax information when requested.

You may not use Fanrig to publish, request or distribute content that is illegal, that involves minors in any way, that is non consensual, that infringes someone else's rights, or that harasses, threatens or deceives others. You may not scrape, download, record or redistribute content you access through the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the operation of the service.

The Community guidelines describe these rules in more detail and are part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice and a reason except where notice would be unlawful or would compromise an investigation. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of purchases or memberships except as set out above.

Fanrig is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any creator will continue to publish. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanrig's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the operator details below, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting formal proceedings you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
