How we keep fans and creators safe, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Last updated
1. Every creator is reviewed
Before a creator can publish or earn, a person on our team reads their application, checks the linked work and confirms ownership and age. Monetization is a separate permission that can be paused without removing the account.
2. Consent and age
Everyone shown in content must be an adult who consented to publication. Creators confirm this for every post and we may ask for documentation. Verified creators have confirmed their identity with us.
3. Locked content stays locked
Media behind a membership or a price is stored privately and served only to accounts that are entitled to it. Browsers that are not entitled receive a separate low resolution preview, never the original file.
4. Payment safety
Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. Prices and renewals are shown before you confirm. Refund rules are stated in the Terms and applied consistently.
5. Your tools
Report any post, profile or message from its options menu. Block anyone to stop all contact in both directions. Control who can message you and whether your activity is visible from Privacy settings.
- Reports involving minors or non consensual content are escalated immediately.
- You are notified when a decision is made on your report.
- Blocking is silent; the other person is not told.
6. If someone is in danger
Contact local emergency services first. Then report to us so we can preserve evidence and act on the account. We cooperate with law enforcement requests that follow due process.
7. Contact Trust and Safety
Use the contact page and choose Safety and reporting. Safety messages are routed ahead of general support.
